Through our charitable giving approach, we reflect our core values by partnering with organizations that pursue continuous improvement for the benefit of the communities where we operate. Each year, we donate to these organizations through contributions of transportation services, cash, and gift certificates.

We operate primarily throughout the Midwest from our 8 operating locations. Due to distance, requests for contributions that are not near our operating locations are likely to be denied

Donation Requests

Due to the overwhelming number of donation requests we receive, we are only able to accept requests from non-profit, charitable organizations and current Village Travel clients. If your request is approved, your organization will receive an email with further instructions. Due to the high number of requests we fulfill, we do not fill out your organization’s forms, all the information about the donation will be provided in the email.

To facilitate the process, we have moved to an online process for all donation requests – we do not accept requests by mail, phone, email or fax. Requests sent via mail, phone, email or fax will go unanswered. The online donation form must be filled out completely in order for your request to be considered.

Sponsorship/Requests For Transportation Services

Response To Requests

Our team meets regularly to review all requests; however submission of the form does not guarantee a donation. To ensure a timely response, all requests should be submitted at least 8 weeks in advance of the date of the event.
